System Administration Support Technician – SDS International, Inc.

Responsible for supporting system administration tasks, managing network infrastructure, and maintaining hardware and software across the organization.

• Maintain LANs, WANs, remote access systems, routers, bridges, cabling, firewalls, and Linux/Windows NT operating systems.
• Install and maintain hardware and software, following best practices and industry standards.
• Use network management tools and problem‑analysis techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage operating systems and relational database management systems such as SQL Server.
• Assist with distributed simulation (DIS) and High Level Architecture (HLA) requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrade tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with team members to support project objectives and operational goals.

• Certified knowledge of PC operations and associated peripheral equipment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in computer/networking related work.
• Minimum Secret Security Clearance.
