Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products.

• Extensive experience leading large, complex programs or initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across teams and influence without direct authority
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience working within matrixed organizations
• Solid understanding of technology-enabled initiatives
• PMP or similar certification preferred

• Coordinate and support delivery across multiple work streams and teams
• Maintain alignment on timelines, priorities, and key dependencies
• Provide regular status updates and communicate risks as needed
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and leadership
• Identify and help resolve cross-team issues and dependencies
• Support successful delivery of program outcomes
