• Support delivery of fixed income business and technology initiatives
• Coordinate across front-office, technology, data, and operations teams
• Facilitate working sessions to gather requirements and resolve issues
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
• Prepare concise status updates and stakeholder materials Support process improvements across fixed income front-office workflows

Working in Eastern time zone hours is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or business analysis roles within financial services
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting investment, trading, or portfolio management teams
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, tracking, and presentations
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to translate fixed income business needs into clear requirements and execution steps
• Experience with fixed income data flows, order management, trade lifecycle, and downstream impacts (e.g., data, reporting, accounting)
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of fixed income instruments (e.g., government bonds, corporates, credit, rates, and basic derivatives)
• Understanding of front‑office fixed income workflows, including trading, pricing, analytics, and portfolio management
• Familiarity with concepts such as yield curves, duration, spreads, and risk measures
• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
