AI Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to guide AI-driven chatbot solutions and strategy for internal and external use for a client in Des Moines. This business facing role focuses on driving projects forward, ensuring compliance with state and organizational AI policies, and delivering tools that enhance efficiency and user experience. Pay rate for this position is $35-45/hr depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end chatbot projects, from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams for branding, approvals, and standards.
- Ensure adherence to AI policy, state AI policy, and applicable security/privacy regulations (including HIPAA for external-facing solutions).
- Oversee development using Microsoft Copilot and other AI platforms as needed.
Identify risks and implement best practices for AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years as a project manager/coordinator in technology-driven AI projects
Exposure to AI strategy
Ability to guide technical conversations
Ability to work cross departmentally with multiple business units and IT
Risk awareness & problem-solving mindset
