* Looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large-scale, transformational initiative at a financial client of TEKsystems. This is a high-visibility role coordinating 10 technology-focused work streams as part of building a cutting-edge digital marketing ecosystem-a strategic effort that few companies have undertaken.
This is not a role for someone learning as they go. They need a proven leader who can manage complexity, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

What You'll Do

* Responsibilities:

* Coordinate a transformational effort including 10 work streams and multiple product teams. This role will ensure that all work across work streams and product teams is coordinated and delivered based on target timelines and due dates for business outcome delivery.

* Partner with a Sr Delivery Mgr. who has been playing the role of program manager for 3 months. The two will continue to partner together in the day-to-day operation but this new contract Project Mgr. will be the accountable party for coordination of the effort overall. The Sr Delivery Mgr will support and partner.

* Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with work streams/product teams and leadership. Facilitate other meetings and planning sessions as needed.

* Build and sustain relationships through motivation, influence, team building, and empowerment.

* Identify interrelated dependencies and risks across work streams. Ensure proper mitigation to ensure success. Escalate as needed to leadership team for help in eliminating roadblocks

* Balance competing demands and lead through ambiguity for valuable outcome delivery.

* This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
