You will:

Serve as a Lead Functional Consultant with extensive Net Suite ERP implementation and optimization expertise

Analyze business needs to ensure the Oracle Net Suite solution meets customer objectives by combining leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen

Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and delivering effective solutions

Collaborate closely with the customer success team to quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans, and implement solutions that meet or exceed expectations

Demonstrate a passion for business and cloud technologies , applying advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to help clients operate more efficiently

Conduct functional requirements-gathering sessions and solution workshops

Communicate clearly and confidently , with strong presentation skills

Leading optimization efforts within engagements to deliver high-quality solutions within time and priority constraints

Providing direction and mentoring to customer teams, and influencing customer leadership on key decisions

Managing clients in post-go-live environments

Overseeing the delivery of Net Suite application functionality

Partnering with Net Suite technical and performance experts to achieve the best outcomes for customers

Delivering exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty is a top priority. In this role, you will often work under pressure, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and consistently strive to meet customer expectations.

Successful candidates will have experience gathering customer business requirements and strong business analysis skills. Functional knowledge of Net Suite and an understanding of accounting principles are highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

This role is based in the United States and requires the ability to travel up to 25%.

Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
