Role Overview We are seeking a professional for a role focused on cybersecurity, governance, and identity management. This position involves maintaining compliance with SOX controls, evaluating existing processes, and implementing solutions to improve controls and operational effectiveness in the IAM space. The successful candidate will have experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools, particularly SailPoint Identity IQ and Cyber Ark.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day remote.

Key Responsibilities Maintain compliance with SOX controls and requirements.

Evaluate existing processes and recommend solutions to improve controls and operational effectiveness.

Develop and review security policies, methodologies, and procedures.

Manage projects related to Identity and Access Management.

Utilize knowledge of data security and access management systems.

Required Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or equivalent work experience is required.

Experience:

5+ years of experience managing projects and in developing and reviewing security policies, methodologies, and procedures is required.

Technical

Skills:

Understanding of SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and privilege access management.

Knowledge of data security, access management, and information systems for entitlement/provisioning on a platform such as SailPoint IIQ.Familiarity with SOX controls and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with protocols such as SAML and OAuth.

Experience with Cyber Ark.

Knowledge of automation technologies.

General security background or experience outside of IAM.Experience managing people in some capacity.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $128,211 to $152,251.
