We seek experienced SIU/Claims Investigators in Des Moines or surrounding area. The role requires a Private Investigator license issued by the State of Iowa and complex SIU/Claims investigation experience. Unlicensed applicants or those lacking SIU/Claims experience should not apply.

• Licensed by the State of Iowa as a Private Investigator
• Reside in Des Moines or surrounding area
• Experience with complex SIU/Claims investigations
• Valid state‑issued driver's license
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
• Flexible schedule, including varied and irregular hours

• Provide detailed and accurate reports
• Obtain written and recorded statements
• Perform scene investigations
• Investigate property theft, vehicle theft, garaging issues and permissible use claims
• Accurately photograph evidence (accident scenes, vehicle damage, etc.)

• Experience conducting complex SIU/Claims cases
• Notary public preferred
• Surveillance experience as a Private Investigator preferred but not required
• Bi–lingual a plus
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field a plus
• Strong computer and internet skills, proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Word, and internet connection
• Reliable vehicle and digital camera
• Personal pride in timely work product delivery

• Competitive starting pay: $20 – $30 per hour
• Travel time compensation
