This role is ideal for adjusters looking for steady daily work, flexibility in the field, and dependable support from an organized claims operation
.

• Conduct on-site inspections for property losses related to wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered events
• Document damages with clear photos, detailed notes, and accurate reports
• Prepare and submit estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners
• Manage assigned claim files efficiently while meeting submission timelines

• Familiarity with Xactimate or Symbility
• Understanding of property damage assessment and repair scope
• Reliable transportation and standard field equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Active Iowa adjuster license or designated home state license

• Consistent daily claim assignments in the Des Moines market
