Location:
Madison, WI (relocation required, financial assistance provided).
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You'll handle multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensure compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
Responsibilities• Manage complex litigation and counsel on potential risks across regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings, including depositions, oral arguments, and trial.
• Negotiate settlements and lead settlement negotiations.
• Provide proactive counseling to minimize risk and win multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensure compliance with legal frameworks domestically and internationally.
Qualifications- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- COVID‑19 vaccination.
- Relocation to Madison, WI area is necessary; relocation assistance will be fully reimbursed.
