** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Draft and review contract language for new insurance products by coordinating requirements across internal business functions.
* Manage project timelines for regulatory product filings and set expectations for approval time frames.
* Analyze applicable insurance laws and regulatory standards and assess their impact on product and contract language.
* Communicate and negotiate with regulators regarding filing objections and prepare formal responses.
* Prepare and manage regulatory submissions through electronic filing systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
* Review and obtain approvals for consumer-facing marketing and branding materials where required.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure advertising aligns with approved contract terms.
* Maintain accurate records of regulated forms and ensure correct usage across the organization.
* Support product implementation by providing finalized contract and disclosure requirements.
* Assist internal operations and external administrators to ensure ongoing compliance with policy terms.
* Maintain professional relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Seven or more years of relevant professional experience, including time in legal, compliance, or product-related roles.
* General knowledge of insurance products, sales practices, and regulatory environments.
* Non essential: product filings and SERF experience
