As a Claims Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of Auto/Liability/Bodily Injury Adjusters, coordinating their training and development, and ensuring they deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensuring claims handling complies with applicable statutes, regulations, and company policies.
• Investigating, taking statements, estimating damages, determining liability, denying claims, subrogation, litigation, etc.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial bodily injury adjusting experience and 1–5 years of management experience.
