Regional Manager – Elmington Property Management

- Collect and compile operational documents.
- Drive a motor vehicle and travel between properties as needed.
- Purchase business items and prepare expense reports.
- Respond to issues outside normal schedule when required.
- Enforce company policies, provide mentorship, and guide team leaders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with team leaders, corporate leadership, owners, and residents.
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Passion for excellence and exemplary customer service.
- Meet targeted revenue goals by exceeding budgets and improving resident retention.
- Effectively manage staff, operations, and financial performance of your Region.
- Primary leader of Elmington to local residents, vendors, and employees.
- Proactive attention to detail and continuous improvement focus.
- Effective listener with helpful solutions.
- Energetic, challenge‑eager, and goal‑driven.
- 5–10 years of multifamily, multi‑location property management experience; CPM preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, management, finance, human services, or related field.
- Track record of high visibility or performance‑challenged properties.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Working knowledge of local and federal laws including Fair Housing and Landlord‑Tenant laws.
- Strong interpersonal skills with influence and coaching ability.
- Successful team leader and builder.
- Proven leadership through positive motivation, goal setting, and accountability.
- Frequently sit, stand, and walk; use hands or fingers for tasks.
- Occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Vision requires close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
- Noise level moderate; temperature moderate, with ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat outdoors.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
