Job Description
Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in the below requirement.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and tracking business and IT initiatives and administering the Project Online system.

The ability to multitask amidst changing priorities set by leadership is essential. The project coordinator will handle small project tracking, coordinate efforts with internal and external departments, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work with State Fiscal Accounting personnel, business unit sponsors/owners, project team members (such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Testers, Enterprise Architects), and external vendors are required.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, including planning, managing, and tracking multiple projects
- Experience working within a project governance structure, including methodology, templates, and reporting
- Strong process development skills and ability to formalize procedures
- Excellent multitasking skills in a cross-functional environment
- Experience working directly with business users and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to drive leadership requests to completion

- Experience with State/Federal Government Appropriations
- Contract management experience in technology projects
