Are you a seasoned claims professional ready to lead and inspire?
RAS is seeking a qualified Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor to lead a team of Claims Representatives managing workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and driving high performance while ensuring compliance and quality in claims handling.
This position is remote for candidates residing in IA, WI, or SD
. However, candidates who live within 30 miles of Sioux Falls, SD will be expected to work hybrid at our Sioux Falls office.
Preference will be given to candidates located in Iowa and Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of Claims Representatives handling complex and litigated workers’ compensation claims
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor claim activity to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Participate in training and development initiatives for staff
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in workers’ compensation claims handling, including complex and litigated claims
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Prior supervisory or people management experience strongly preferred
