As Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services, your expertise and leadership directly impact the quality of care, clinical excellence, and long-term outcomes for the communities we serve.
This role places you at the leadership table. As a member of the management team, you’ll:
- Collaborate with executive leadership across the agency
- Help guide strategic decisions and program development and enhancement
- Influence agency-wide initiatives and service integration
- Play a key role in advancing the mission and vision of CFI

- Supervise and support outpatient behavioral health clinicians

Requirements
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a leader who:
- Is passionate about behavioral health and trauma-informed care
- Enjoys mentoring and developing clinicians
- Thrives in collaborative leadership environments
- Values innovation, integrity, and professionalism
- Can balance clinical excellence with operational leadership
- Is committed to improving outcomes for clients and communities
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed in the State of Iowa
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership, supervision, and program development experience
- Strong knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and trauma-informed care
