The Iowa Employment Appeal Board is seeking a Program Manager 1 to lead and improve processes for non-Unemployment Insurance cases, administer public collective bargaining elections, and assist the Board's legal team in Des Moines, near Valley Junction.
The PM1 will coordinate with Board members, the elections attorney, and the Director of Administrative Operations to ensure timely, accurate docketing and communications. Paralegal background helpful but not required.
