Compensation: $138,000 + BOE
Qualifications- NASD 7 or 6 (REQUIRED).
- 4-6 years of insurance industry sales experience, including 3-5 years of field management or agency distribution system.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in the insurance sector, aligning with company goals.
- Experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Ability to drive marketing and business development efforts, consistently achieving and surpassing objectives.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Expertise in financial performance management, with a history of enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.
- Commitment to promoting innovation and inclusivity, creating a dynamic and positive work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the firm's integrity.
