Starting Pay: $21.06 per hour with increase after 3 months; union regulated. Top pay at 30 months!!

The Envelope Machine Adjuster / Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and producing quality products. Duties include machine set‑up, problem solving, focus on quality and manufacturing process, preventive maintenance and more. This position ensures that industrial equipment is kept clean and working efficiently. The Adjuster must make timely decisions while under pressure and multi‑task in a busy environment.

All training will be provided.

• Age 18 or older
• Attention to detail
• General math skills, including ability to read a ruler to 1/16th of an inch
• Operate computer‑controlled equipment
• Read and interpret procedure manuals and operating instructions
• Perform cleaning and maintenance on equipment and tooling
• Follow workplace safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment
• Good communication skills for reporting and troubleshooting

• Regularly required to stand and use repetitive hand/wrist movements
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Verify color and print quality as needed
• Work in a computer‑controlled manufacturing environment
