Bindery Helper

Hiring Immediately! Bindery Pay: $15–$18/hour

Schedule:

2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – Midnight

We are currently hiring a Bindery associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating bindery equipment and finishing printed materials while ensuring products meet quality and production specifications.

• Operate bindery equipment to finish printed materials.
• Set up and monitor machines for cutting, folding, stitching, binding, and trimming.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper alignment.
• Load paper and materials into production equipment.
• Make basic machine adjustments and clear minor jams.
• Package and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

• Previous printing, bindery, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to operate machinery and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.

• $15–$18/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
