As Marketing Manager, Client Services, you support execution of integrated marketing programs across Active Interest Media’s home arts portfolio. You ensure flawless integration of sponsor ships and report on these campaigns for clients. The role requires collaboration across brand sales, editorial, social and digital advertising, as well as client-facing interactions with creative agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing support for digital media campaigns:
Provide support to ensure client campaigns are executed and delivered and clients are satisfied with their partnerships. - Project and content management:
Create promotional schedules, track, manage and report on performance for both custom and sponsored editorial content, including landing pages, video, webinars, whitepapers, sponsor ships, sweepstakes, events and social media campaigns. Champion day‑to‑day management of marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered accurately and on schedule. Assist with creative content review and provide feedback to ensure all marketing materials align with partner and brand messaging. - Reporting & analytics:
Report on key metrics for paid media plans to provide a post campaign analysis with appropriate KPI benchmarks. Monitor campaign performance by gathering data insights from reporting to evaluate effectiveness and offer optimization recommendations. - Integrated program development:
Cultivate innovative ideas and help create compelling sponsorship packages tailored to meet advertisers’ objectives. Identify and develop new sponsorship opportunities and optimize existing programs to drive incremental revenue. Collaborate on content development and brand strategy, share valuable insights by understanding industry trends and competitor activities, and stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising and integrated marketing in publishing.
- College degree preferred.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Word Press, Contentful.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (IG, FB, Tik Tok, You Tube) and related marketing programs.
- Self‑motivated, strong attention to detail, proactive, inquisitive, creative and analytical.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, eye for aesthetics.
- Willingness to learn new platforms and software.
- Experience with sales and marketing teams; thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while accountable for individual tasks and managing projects and promotional schedules.
