Waldinger is hiring for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team in our Des Moines office!

Creates, manages, and optimizes digital and social content to support brand awareness, growth, and a strong client experience. Develops and executes paid and organic digital strategies across multiple brands and divisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, brand standards, and messaging consistency. Works collaboratively across the organization to plan, implement, and evaluate digital initiatives.

• Digital Strategy and Execution:
  Leads digital marketing and social initiatives from planning through execution, including budgeting, prioritization, and performance evaluation to support business objectives.
• Content Strategy and Management:
  Establishes and maintains content strategies for digital platforms, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
• Performance Measurement and Insights:
  Tracks key performance indicators, analyzes results, and provides clear insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and outcomes.

  Partners with operational and internal stakeholders to develop and optimize digital campaigns that support growth and organizational priorities.
• Content Development and Brand Alignment:
  Develops engaging digital content in collaboration with the marketing and communications team while supporting consistency in messaging, branding, and design across all digital assets.
• External Partner Coordination:
  Serves as the primary point of contact for external partners supporting digital and web initiatives, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and quality expectations.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent business experience preferred
