MKTG is hiring! We are looking for passionate brand educators who are 21 years of age and older in the following areas:

The hourly rate is $30/hr and events are typically 2-3 hours long.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for charismatic individuals interested in helping adult consumers make informed decisions about lifestyle brands at the point of experience and purchase. Brand Ambassadors are passionate subject matter experts focused on making consumer to brand connections, educational excellence, program execution, regulatory compliance, and quality interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in management of events
• Complete event setup & breakdown
• Engage in quality conversations with consumers about select brand preferences and recommendations
• Distribute premium items as directed
• Troubleshoot challenges during events
• Establish relationships with account staff (bar staff & retail store employees)
• Participate in training meetings, calls, workshops & exercises
• Communicate and work closely with Event Managers and Brand Ambassador peers
• Provide insightful feedback in event recaps
• Adhere to company operating procedures and policies

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage and educate consumers at the point of experience and purchase
• Humanize the brands and build trust through education
• Lead consumers through a sampling journey of featured products
• Complete digital training for market brand and programs as directed
• Adapt to tech platforms for necessary information
• Arrive to events on time and in appropriate attire
• Distribute promotional materials to consumers
• Follow Responsible Server Guidelines
• Pre-merchandise accounts with point-of-sale materials
• Complete post-event recap in reporting website
• Take digital event photos for social media
• Understand competitive activity in the market
• Maintain appropriate appearance for consumer engagement
• Follow company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Outgoing with brand knowledge and personification
• Engaging and personable with consumers
• Reliable and punctual
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Able to carry heavy items
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Valid to work in the US
• Valid US driver's license and own transportation
• English proficiency; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
