Community and Marketing Manager

Hyper Energy Bar is looking for an energetic, creative and highly organized Community & Marketing Manager to help bring the Hyper brand to life in the communities we serve.

This role will develop, launch and oversee Hyper’s Brand Ambassador Program, building a network of passionate brand advocates who help introduce Hyper to new customers, create authentic content and strengthen our connection within our communities.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, understands creator culture and loves building relationships. They may have been a brand ambassador or creator themselves and understand firsthand what makes an ambassador program engaging, rewarding and effective. They are equally comfortable coaching ambassadors, analyzing program performance, organizing a community activation and keeping multiple marketing projects moving forward.

In addition to owning the Brand Ambassador Program, this role will manage Hyper’s branded merchandise and help project manage broader marketing initiatives.

• Develop, launch and manage Hyper’s Brand Ambassador Program from the ground up.
• Recruit, select, onboard and build strong relationships with ambassadors who authentically represent the Hyper brand.
• Develop ambassador programming, communications, challenges, experiences, rewards and recognition that build an engaged and active ambassador community that fits within Hyper’s brand standards.
• Train and coach ambassadors to become effective brand advocates and content creators, providing guidance on social trends, content creation, storytelling and best practices while helping each ambassador maintain their authentic voice.
• Track, analyze and report on Brand Ambassador Program performance, including participation, content performance, referrals, new customer acquisition, activations and other key KPIs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Coordinate key marketing campaigns, promotions, launches and initiatives from planning through execution.
• Maintain visibility to overall marketing priorities and help ensure teams and partners are aligned on timing and deliverables.
• Manage and maintain Hyper’s branded merchandise including inventory accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, community marketing, brand marketing, events or a related field.
• Firsthand experience participating in a brand ambassador, campus ambassador, creator or similar brand advocacy program strongly preferred.
• High degree of knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, trends and creator culture, particularly Tik Tok and Instagram.
• Experience creating social content personally or professionally; creator experience is highly preferred.
• Natural relationship builder and ability to coach others to create authentic, engaging social content and storytelling.
• Analytical skills and comfort working with data to measure marketing performance, identify trends and turn insights into action.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization where priorities can evolve quickly.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to support brand ambassador activities, store openings, community events, activations and other marketing initiatives. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.
