The Nature Conservancy in Des Moines is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to lead a comprehensive fundraising program, securing major gifts from individuals, foundations and corporations to support conservation goals in Iowa and beyond.
The role reports to the State Director and collaborates with the Iowa Chapter’s senior staff and Board to shape strategy, campaigns, and donor engagement while working with marketing to grow awareness and support.
