Position Type: Contractor - Onsite

Shift: 07:00-19:30 (Day Shift)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 Days x 12 Hours
Hours per Week: 36 Hours
Experience

Minimum 1 Year
Preferred: Traveler Experience
The RN Medical/Surgical will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within a fast-paced Med/Surg unit. The nurse will perform assessments, implement care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient patient management during each shift.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, adjust, and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to physicians, nurses, and care teams.
- Coordinate care across various disciplines to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess and support patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Medical-Surgical Nursing
- Traveler Med/Surg RN Experience
- Strong clinical assessment & prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
