• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing, valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90 days of employment.
• Knowledge of federal and state long‑term care regulations and laws.
