• Cath Lab Supervisor – Lead our Cardiac Cath Labs across IMMC and ILH, including prep and recovery services.
• Surgery Supervisor – Oversee surgery with 24/7 accountability, create a safe, professional environment that supports team development and optimal patient outcomes.
• ICU Supervisor – Support day‑to‑day operations of our high‑acuity ICU, focusing on holistic, patient‑centered care and staff development.
• PACU Supervisor – Lead perioperative care in OPS/PACU, serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across multiple surgical specialties.
• Cardiology Supervisor – Lead in a 24‑bed post‑surgical cardiac and vascular unit where every day brings the opportunity to make a difference.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience

License(s)/

Certifications:

• BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
• Current RN licensure in Iowa
