Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Des Moines, IA

Schedule: Full-Time Nights (12 Hour Shifts)

Compensation: $34.18 - $46.00 plus competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

• Attend admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately
• Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients and families
• Adhere to unit policies and perform other duties as assigned

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS required at hire
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

• Clinical experience
