Registered Nurse RN

Valley View Village,  a Cassia community ,  is hiring  Registered Nurses (RN)  to join our team! Position Type:  Full-Time

Shifts Available:
Day 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Evening 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Wage Range:  $37.50+ /hour depending on experience

Registered Nurse responsibilities:
Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
Monitor residents and report any change in their condition.
Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Monitor performance of CNA staff.
Use strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.
Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

Must have a current Iowa RN license or have RN licensure within the compact states.
CPR certificate or willingness to obtain it.
Stable work history.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
