Mercy One Jumpstart Program supports nursing students in their final semester by providing a $2,000 monthly stipend during the final 9 months of the RN program. The program reimburses NCLEX board exam and licensure fees and secures your RN career with Mercy One before graduation.
There is no work requirement during the stipend period. After graduation and licensure, you'll begin your RN career with Mercy One and be expected to commit to an 18-month employment agreement.
