- Cardiovascular Operating Room experience
- General operating room experience
- Strong proficient experience in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures

Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cardiovascular Operating Room. Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of current operating room experience. Experience should include strong proficiency in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures. General operating room experience is required, with the expectation of approximately 80% of experience in cardiac cases and 20% in general cases. Candidates should have scrub experience, including scrubbing for open-heart surgeries.

Familiarity with standard surgical instruments and procedures is necessary. The ideal candidate should also have experience with electronic medical records systems. As a part of the team, the Registered Nurse will be expected to circulate and scrub in various surgical procedures. This role may include weekend call responsibilities and requires flexibility to float across different departments.
