We’re looking for compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurseto join our dedicated team and supp ort children and adolescents on their journey toward wellness.

Pay:

• LPN - $28.00 base, commensurate with experience
• ASN - $38.00 base, commensurate with experience
• BSN - $40.00 base, commensurate with experience

• Provide direct care and nursing assessments to youth in our residential program.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and a multi-disciplinary treatment team

• Administer medications, manage health records, and support trauma-informed care.
• Promote a safe, healing environment focused on reducing restraints and enhancing well-being.
• Step in with calm and confidence during emergencies.

• Active Iowa RN or LPN license with pediatric or psychiatric experience preferred.
• A heart for children and a passion for trauma-informed care

• Strong communication skills and comfort with EHR and medication administration.
• Willingness to be on-call and participate in a rotating holiday schedule.
