Cath Lab RN – Des Moines, IA
Facility: UnityPoint Health (UPH), Des Moines campuses (inferred from the separation policy; the facility name isn’t stated)
Shift: 7:00a–5:00p, 4x10s, Monday–Friday with a random day off during the week
Contract weeks: 13|
EMR: Epic

On Call

• 1–2 nights/week and every 3rd weekend (7:30p Friday through 7a Monday)
• Cases are assigned on rare occasion

Requirements

• At least 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab experience (required)
• Circulating and monitoring experience (required)
• Trauma Level II experience (required);
  Level I is preferred
• Structural heart, EP, and travel experience (highly preferred)
• Scrubbing experience (preferred)
• Willing to precept as needed
• Willing to float to like units across all Des Moines campuses (minutes apart)
• Must work 1–2 of the 3 upcoming winter holidays unless the unit is closed
• Active Iowa license or compact/multistate (must be stated at submission)
• BLS and ACLS (AHA or Red Cross)
