l is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Surgical Service
s to help lead our Operating Room team and ensure outstanding patient care, staff development, and operational excellence.

In this key leadership role, you'll partner with the Surgical Services team to oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room while fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and patient-centered care. You'll provide guidance and support to a dedicated team of perioperative professionals, helping them grow while ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and safe surgical services.

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day Operating Room operations
• Support, mentor, and develop nursing and surgical services staff
• Promote high-quality, cost-effective patient care and operational excellence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes
• Assist in providing direct perioperative nursing care when needed
• Champion patient safety, quality improvement, and service excellence

• Manages daily operations of patient care. Contributes to the maintenance of high-quality, cost-effective services consistent with the needs of the users and the hospital’s budgetary guidelines.
• Provides clinical leadership by directing, coordinating, and delegating patient care in an organized manner, allowing for flexibility.
