Our client is an AAHA‑accredited, Fear Free Certified, and Gold‑Level Cat Friendly hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This multi‑doctor practice primarily cares for dogs and cats but also welcomes veterinarians with an interest in exotics or pocket pets. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with structured mentorship provided for those early in their careers.
The hospital is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Sundays closed. The role is full‑time with flexible scheduling options designed to support a healthy work‑life balance.
Role Description and ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Veterinarian will manage a varied caseload, ranging from wellness and preventative care to advanced diagnostics and procedures. Clinical responsibilities include dentistry, soft tissue and general surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, and pain management, with opportunities to focus on areas such as ultrasound, echocardiography, laparoscopic surgery, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and even exotics if desired. The role is open to both experienced doctors and recent graduates, with mentorship and support tailored to the individual.
The hospital is equipped with advanced technology and facilities, including digital radiology, echocardiography, ultrasound, laser surgery, cold laser therapy, video otoscopy, laparoscopic capabilities, in‑house laboratory, pharmacy, surgical suite, intensive care, and isolation ward. Services provided include preventative care, wellness exams and testing, vaccinations, parasite control, allergy and dermatology support, dentistry with digital dental radiography, endodontics, rehabilitation, pain management, ophthalmology, cardiology, urology, geriatric medicine, hospitalization, and behavioral and nutritional counseling.
