Job Overview
Epic is hiring an Artisan Bread Baker in Madison, WI. The role requires relocation to the area and offers financial relocation assistance.
Responsibilities- Scratch‑bake hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in our state‑of‑the‑art facility.
- Create and trial new recipes while mastering tried‑and‑true favorites.
- Competitive pay with shift differential for overnight work, annual bonus, and raise.
- Full benefits package: $0 co‑pay health insurance, dental, vision, generous paid time off.
- Brand new, state‑of‑the‑art baking facility opened June 2023.
- Mentored growth opportunities and ability to learn alongside world‑class bakery staff.
- 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or Baking & Pastry Arts degree.
- Large‑volume experience is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
- Available for overnight work, 3rd shift hours.
- COVID‑19 vaccination.
