A Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards to deliver outstanding service and ensure financial profitability for the hotel.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, your responsibilities include:

• Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders in a friendly, timely manner
• Knowing the menu and all food products
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
• Following proper food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
• Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
