Our company specializes in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services, and we are expanding our team in the Des Moines, IA market.

Position Overview: The Territory Manager role offers the opportunity to develop sales skills, offer comprehensive business solutions, and progress into senior management roles by engaging with executive decision-makers. This outside sales position focuses on new business acquisition within the freight shipping industry, leveraging our value proposition to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for new business, including B2B door-to-door cold calling
  • Generating leads and utilizing CRM tools to track activities
  • Selling and establishing new accounts
  • Managing existing accounts
Training & Development:

We provide three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with additional advanced training opportunities. Training takes place in Little Rock, AR, led by our experienced Executive Development Team. New hires also participate in the "Fast Start Program," a three-month in-field training with upper management.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (any major, with a passion for sales)
  • Active involvement in campus activities, athletic backgrounds highly recommended
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, professional appearance
  • Determined to succeed and a team player
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary of $40K plus uncapped commission and $500 monthly car allowance
  • Reimbursement for gas
