We are seeking a full‑time Business Development Representative to join our team! This individual will help drive new business growth by providing direct sales support and generating opportunities through independent and team‑based outbound initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with the Global Sales & Marketing teams to expand target verticals (i.e., financial services, credit unions, insurance, long‑term care, etc.)
  • Build and refine contact lists to deliver high-quality leads for outbound sales efforts.
  • Use research tools (internet, email, social media, databases, voicemail, etc.) to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach—high‑volume calls, emails, and video messages—to generate qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Meet defined targets for qualified client leads.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date activity and prospect details in Salesforce.
  • Use additional CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot) to track lead interactions and campaign performance.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on business development activity.
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in financial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present our value proposition to diverse prospects.
  • Confident and comfortable with cold calling.
  • Strong technical proficiency with software, web/CRM tools, and MS Office.
  • Skilled in delivering software demos and leading sales discussions via phone and Zoom.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Interested in growing a career in Software Sales (SaaS).
