• Provide farmgate sales support, including nutritional management and health consultations to drive growth
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to meet sales goals and enhance customer relationships
• Interface with industry associations and vendors to stay informed about market trends
• Create and deliver technical sales presentations at various events and meetings
• Respond to technical customer inquiries and assist in product rationalization and brand consolidation

• Minimum required Master’s of Science degree, preferred PhD in Equine Nutrition or related field
• 3+ years of experience in the equine industry
• Strong technical knowledge of equine nutritional requirements and health management
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and technical writing abilities
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical applications for customers

• Experience providing customer-facing technical support and training
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Knowledge of equine industry segments and market dynamics
