Overview

Senior Sales Advisor role within the Sales & Marketing Team. You will own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to client onboarding, acting as a trusted consultant for multifamily property owners, operators, and marketing leaders. You will influence sales processes and GTM strategy and help win new business for Rent Vision's apartment marketing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic discoveries, demos, and consultative selling efforts: conduct portfolio analyses and discoveries, tailoring Rent Vision's marketing solutions to address prospect pain points and long-term strategic goals
  • Own and optimize sales pipeline and reporting: manage and prioritize sales pipeline and processes using data and strategic insights; forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities based on industry trends and company goals
  • Advise, build trust, and win high-value deals: act as a trusted advisor, guide prospects through complex marketing decisions from initial contact to contract signing; negotiate terms and manage deal structures to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate across teams to refine GTM strategy: partner with marketing, product, client success, and operations to shape positioning, surface prospect insights, and influence product development
  • Network and outreach to drive sales growth: represent Rent Vision at industry events and in outbound activities to generate leads and drive growth
  • Coach and mentor peers: mentor other marketing and sales team members, modeling best practices to elevate team performance
Client Communication

Expert-level communication—written, verbal, and non-verbal. Engage with executives and decision-makers, tailoring messaging to address business priorities and build enduring trust.

Team Collaboration

Role based at our Lincoln, NE headquarters in an open office setting, collaborating across marketing, product, operations, and client success to ensure seamless handoffs. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates relocating to Lincoln, NE.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of consultative B2B sales experience:
    Led complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and achieved high-value outcomes
  • Executive communication and influence:
    Skilled at engaging C-suite stakeholders, facilitating strategic discussions, influencing decisions, and articulating ROI
  • Strategic thinking and analytical acumen:
    Interprets data, spots trends, and adjusts sales strategy to maximize results
  • Proven record of quota attainment:
    Consistently outperforms
  • CRM mastery:
    Proficient with modern CRMs like Hub Spot or Salesforce for pipeline hygiene, reporting, and forecasting
  • Trade show and event experience:
    Confident representing a brand at in-person and online meetings and events
Preferred Experience
  • Multifamily industry expertise:
    Understanding of multifamily property owners, operators, and decision-makers
  • Digital marketing or SaaS background:
    Experience in lead generation, advertising, websites, virtual tours, revenue management or analytics
  • Cross-functional impact:
    Track record of influencing product or marketing strategy from frontline sales insights
