In 2022, Heritage was acquired by Bee-Clean Building Maintenance , Canada’s largest privately held janitorial company. While operations remained the same, this partnership opened the doors for continued growth and success in our industry.

About the role
  • Heritage Building Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Outside Sales / Business Development Specialist. You'll drive profitable business growth, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company's success.
What you'll do
  • Drive Business Growth:
    Cultivate relationships, generate leads, and keep the sales pipeline active.
  • Face-to-Face:
    Meet clients, pitch services, and secure profitable deals.
  • Industry Presence:
    Represent company in trade associations and networking events.
  • Marketing:
    Shine at trade shows, golf tournaments, and promotional events, both during and beyond office hours, and maximize your social presence.
  • Sales Goals:
    Achieve ambitious targets through client meetings, calls, and networking.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience:

    3+ years in outside sales , with a track record of building profitable client relationships.
  • Networking:
    You thrive at evening functions at least 2x/week.
  • Driven Attitude:
    Valid driver's license and a team-first minds
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Pay
  • This is a commissions based position, percentage of commission and or salary commiserate upon experience.
Working Environment and Physical Demands
  • Frequent standing, walking, driving, phone calls and computer use. Will be expected to work with a diverse group of individuals with varying levels of skills and needs.

  • Direct Deposit Pay every other Friday.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance and 401K with a company match available for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week.
  • Paid Holidays after 90 days for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week.
  • PTO accumulation for full time employees working 30+ hours per week.
