Overhead Door Company of Des Moines ™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Grimes, Iowa to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors.
Responsibilities- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
- Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K‑12, municipalities, hospitals in Des Moines and surrounding areas
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum three years outside sales experience
- Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired
- Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi‑task
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
