Typical pay averages for an outside salesperson at Rexco is $120K, however if you are a competitor, have the drive and desire, total compensation potential can be even higher. Top performers have earned $400K+. Construction industry experience a definite plus.

As our Construction Equipment Outside Sales Rep, you will sell our Link Belt lines along with Bandit chippers and stump grinders and Doosan air compressors among others. You will create solid relationships with our current customers while prospecting for new customers. Much of your time will be spent discovering your customer's needs and providing the right products and solutions for their job sites.

You will gather information for trade evaluations, provide demos, present quotes and overcome objections to close your deals. Our customers will depend on you to be the main point of contact for them with our company. Your customers will range from small businesses to governmental agencies. At Rexco, we provide innovative solutions for entrepreneurs - whatever it takes!

Do you have the ability and desire to establish long‑term relationships with your customers? We are looking for someone who can make a difference within our company by growing the territory, increasing our customer base and increasing our market share. Our new Account Manager will have great communication skills, enjoy cold calling and have proven closing skills.
