Our real estate client is hiring a Sales Consultant for a full-time, onsite opportunity.

You’ll be the vital link between prospective residents and their future homes. Your impact will go beyond sales—you’ll build relationships, create memorable experiences, and help grow vibrant, connected communities.

What You’ll Do:
  • Guide Future Residents – Showcase available homes, answer questions, and deliver a smooth, supportive experience from first contact through move-in.
  • Close with Confidence – Manage rental and sales transactions, process applications, and ensure a seamless closing process.
  • Build Relationships – Create lasting connections with both prospective and current residents to enhance satisfaction and community retention.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends – Track local sales, rentals, and market insights to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain Home Readiness – Inspect inventory, maintain curb appeal, and ensure signage is up to date to attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Expand Outreach – Represent the brand at local events and build relationships with community partners and local associations.

What You’ll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Sales experience required (experience in real estate or property management is a plus!).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
