Account Executive; Consumer Loan Officer

In this results‑driven role, you’ll be responsible for delivering UNexpectedly delightful experiences to our members while ensuring their financial needs are met.

full-time role is fully on‑site in Iowa, Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5 PM with a Saturday rotation of 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM.

• Sales & Cross‑Selling: Leverage your determination and focus to promote and sell a variety of financial products and services. Identify cross‑selling opportunities, customize solutions to meet the members’ needs and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Financial Education & Consultation: Use your enthusiasm and people skills to assess member needs to understand their unique financial goals, challenges and priorities. Offer guidance and recommendations on how the credit union’s products can help meet their needs, providing educational resources on budgeting, financial literacy and other relevant topics. Help empower our members to make informed decisions.
• Member Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with new and existing members by understanding their needs and providing memorable, personalized service. A goal‑oriented mindset is key in helping our members achieve their financial aspirations.
• Customer Service Excellence: Use your strong communication and problem‑solving skills to deliver UN forgettable member experiences. Address challenges with a solution‑focused approach while maintaining a positive, patient and professional demeanor.

• Proven Track Record: You excel in competitive and goal‑driven environments, whether in sales, business or other high‑performance fields. Your ability to rise to challenges and deliver impactful results sets you apart.

• 1-2 years of sales or related customer‑facing experience, including experience working in a commission‑based role and meeting performance targets.
• A high school education or GED.
