Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Immunology Sales Specialist to cover the Iowa rheumatology territory. This role involves presenting complex clinical information to healthcare professionals, executing sales strategies, and building customer relationships to support immunology product adoption.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales objectives and present clinical and business information on immunology products to rheumatology healthcare professionals and decision makers
- Execute franchise and company brand strategy across specialty practices, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare settings
- Influence key decision makers and build customer loyalty through clinical expertise and relationship development
- Execute local marketing strategies and collaborate with company team members to enhance business results
- Manage customer relationships within assigned geographic territory to support product use in disease treatment
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel and relocate to Iowa territory
- Four or more years direct pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare sales experience
- Experience selling injectable or infused products preferred
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or rheumatology field preferred
- Complex reimbursement issue management experience preferred
- Documented successful sales track record with high growth results
