Sales Representative - Appliance Sales Major Appliances

Pay Range: $64,000 - 85,000 annually (100% Commission)

This is not your typical sales job! A career in sales at NFM means helping our loyal customers create a home that they love. As NFM’s Sales Representative, you will provide world class service to NFM customers by using Ten Steps of the Sales and performing the following duties.

• Monitor Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
• Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution
• Plan Maximize the sales process. Achieve all sales targets and goals as assigned by the Sales Manager, including sales volume, gross margin%, add-on sales and returned merchandise
• Assist Use all existing tools, such as catalogs, internet, workshops, etc. to acquire expert knowledge of the assigned product lines
• Collaborate Support the department’s management staff. Demonstrate teamwork at all times with all NFM work groups

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance
• High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
• Customer centric and enjoys serving others
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
