Job Skills / Requirements

• Experience as a Security Guard (prior security experience strongly preferred)
• Full‑time first shift (6:00 am – 6:00 pm) with availability for weekend first shift hours and a permit to carry a weapon
• Strong attention to detail
• Possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability
• Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation
• Must submit to a background check and have dependable transportation and a valid Driver’s License with a good driving history
